Hi. I’m David.

A copywriter and Creative Director who’s spent the last 11 years at ideas and innovation company AKQA, creating work that’s thoughtful, beautiful, and delightful.

With one year in Paris, one in San Francisco, four years in New York, and four in Stockholm, I’ve worked across clients including Nike, Volvo Cars, Campari Group, Activision, Visa, PUBG, Chanel, Eurostar, and Verizon. In the middle of 2025, I decided to go freelance — and here we are now, with you reading this bio.

I’ve been fortunate to have my work recognized by industry festivals such as D&AD, Cannes Lions, and The One Show — but I believe the best testament to great work is a proud team and a happy client.
